In an effort to start being more conscious of my buying habits this year I decided to make this assemblage of ribbon and call it my tree. I think it is quite sweet actually and it only cost $2.00 at a local fabric store and it will get reused as ribbon. My new years resolution is to buy less and try to not buy products from China. I wonder how difficult it will be? Probably just as hard it is to lose that extra 5 lbs. PEACE!

betty is my first love

don't hate her cause she is beautiful. you get points (pun intended) if you can name her breed. Yesterday I heard she "the best looking dalmatian I've ever seen" Well folks, she is pointer. Let this be a lesson to all those kids out there that foolishly think just cause you are white with black spots you are automatically a firehouse dog. Not only is she a fine looking dog, she is the sweetest most happy dog alive. I just hope she remains that way. She's 13 .
